Single/Multi-family Residential

In the 1950’s and 60’s television became ubiquitous, in the 60’s and 70’s air conditioning, and in the 1990’s it was the internet’s turn.  Now it is solar’s turn.  There will be solar panels on your home one day.  It is just a matter of whether you decide to increase your home’s value, or the next owner does.

For the homeowners who always like to be prepared, we can offer systems with batteries so if the grid goes down, you don’t. And for homeowners who tried to go solar with a large national solar firm but were turned down, we are here to help you too!

We also work with multi-unit buildings in order to meet the building's electricity needs. Whether for solar, battery storage, EV chargers, or all three, there are multiple options a building can select from to reach their energy goals:

  • Purchase

  • Lease

  • Power Purchase Agreement, a pay-per-use system in which payments are based on solar PV production

Commercial

For building owners and operators, decreasing operating expenses is a constant fight.  In light of ever increasing utility costs we offer long-term fixed prices for solar generated electricity.  Many of our commercial customers use solar savings to take out equity from their building when re-financing. Adding battery storage can save commercial customers even more money by charging a battery when energy prices are low and utilizing that energy when energy prices are high.

And let’s not leave out EV chargers. With 245 million electric vehicles projected to be on the road globally by 2030, and U.S. automakers such as General Motors and Ford planning to switch to all EVs by 2035, it’s clear the future of driving is electric. The incentives for an EV Charger in the workplace make it a win-win for commercial property owners and EV drivers.

Non-Profits

Building a smart, integrated clean-electricity system will deliver reliable and affordable power where it is needed. Non-profits often have large electric bills and solar, battery storage and EV chargers can help to massively offset these utility costs, oftentimes resulting in lower operating costs. We also offer non-profit specific cost savings on the installation of clean-electricity systems. If primary ownership of the system is not your goal, we offer the option of third-party ownership which significantly decreases the non-profit’s out-of-pocket expenses for installation of the clean-electricity system.

Additionally, the installation of a clean-electricity system is the practical and real world application of the theories of renewables and environmentalism that are not only taught at schools and universities, but are often central to those institutions’ mission statements.
