LAX WallyPark // Los Angeles, CA
Green Water and Power installed 3 DC Fast Chargers and 40 Level 2 EV chargers for WallyPark Premier, the most prominent Parking Garage and Shuttle Service serving LAX. The chargers serve both paying customers and WallyPark's electric shuttle bus fleet, one of the largest operating electric fleets in California. GWP continues to maintain these chargers on behalf of WallyPark.
Williamsburg Condos // Brooklyn, NY
Green Water and Power utilized rebates from NYSERDA and ConEd in order to build the 10 station EV charging system at 49 N 8th St in Williamsburg at no cost to the building. Green Water and Power provided the construction financing and waited for the rebate funds so the Condo Association never had to come out of pocket.
Kimpton’s Hotel Palomar // Los Angeles, CA
The Hotel Palomar choose Green Water and Power to install 10 chargers from Delta in 2018, and then asked us to return in 2021 to install 30 more. The Palomar looked to this amenity as a way to attract patrons to the restaurant/bar, of course those Tesla’s are self-driving.

Green Water and Power installed 40 EV chargers from the manufacturer EverCharge for this office building in 2020. This garage has a combination of Valet and Self-parking, so EverCharge with their RFID cards linked to accounts made satisfied the use case easily.

Green Water and Power installed four EV chargers at the Mini Time Machine Museum of Miniatures in Tucson, Arizona. Green Water and Power operates and manages the EV charging system and entered into a revenue sharing agreement with the museum on a long term basis.
The Century Condominium // Los Angeles, CA
